Sascha Dalig | Hotelier & Hospitality Consultant | Keynote Speaker & Moderator

Sascha is a hotelier and active in the Industry for more then 25 years. He held various positions within hotel operations positions to the strategic management of hotel chains. He is a qualified instructor, trainer and business administrator.
His expertise lies in the areas of hotel operations from housekeeping to hotel management, strategic management in revenue and distribution as well as partner and franchise management.
His vision: „Technology as the key to simple and holistic travel allows hosts to be hosts again. Communication between guests and teams will become less process and more exchange. Options will be created to give guests and teams new opportunities, and the human component will be strengthened.“

Christian Mueller | Group Manager Technology @Schani Hotels

After completing his training as a hotel specialist, Christian worked for companies such as Accor and Starwood. From 2017, he led the Implementation Team at the hotel software provider Shiji Group, overseeing the setup of Property Management Systems and Interfaces for various hotels and hotel chains in Europe, including Hetras, StayNTouch, and Shiji Enterprise Platform. Before joining Schani Hotels, Christian served as a Senior Project Manager at Guestline. Since April 2022, he has been responsible for all digital systems and interfaces as the Group Manager of Technology for the innovative hotel brand based in Vienna.
